It was exciting as I would go out every morning to get five leaders to see what I see and come aboard this exciting new adventure I have discovered. Sometimes after my lectures I would go in search of these leaders and builders. Now I am not saying it is easy, Sometimes, I feel like giving up but everytime I read my goals, the more I think about it, the more I was disatisfied in the state I was, the more I wanted more for my family and friends around me, kept me going.
I wanted to help somebody and in doing so, I’d be helping myself. This is how I had trained my self, I trained myself to think this way, I’d never work for Anybody.
Then there were days when I would have the unstoppable drive to find this leaders and builders. Remember success in selling is a matter of mental attitude. And your entire career may depend on whether you can develop the same right mental attitude when you call on the many people, to pick out these leaders.
