Questions arise and I can’t seem to find the answer
Why I spend my lonely nights in total agony
I run to thee because there is no other
I beg of thee on my bended knee
I know that thou art indeed mightily busy in you heaven
But I pray that thou take sometime to hear my plea
Though on earth it will soon past seven
Prove to me “a friend you will always be”
I pray that I may be allowed in your presence today
To praise thee from the abundance of my heart
I also thank thee for making today Sunday
And in thy divine presence I shall not depart
