- Eat only at the table.
- Do not munch on the couch or on the kitchen counter.
- Do not starve yourself, skipping meals only tricks your body into thinking its survival is threatened and it will hold on to the fat stores for dear life.
- Eat slowly andchew each bite completely to decrease your appetite.
- Do not eat anything unneccessarily, avoid eating anything for the last three or four hours of your day
- Learn to control yourself at social outings, don’t use them as an excuse to pig out.
- Use a smaller plate than usual for dinner, you will feel like you ate more than yuo actually did.
- Do not work while eating.
- Seperate all your activities from your meals, so you can concentrate on what and how much you are eating.
