I have been in Network Marketing for about two months now and each time I present the business opportunity or go prospecting, I get this feeling that nobody is listening to me and nobody can see the vision as I do. Sometimes I get upset. Doesn’t anybody want to be financially free? It at times like this that I remember the word of Jim Rohn.
In his demo, Building your Network Marketing Business, he talked about three things that you will encounter before you finally hit what you are looking for. He called it the Law of the Sowing and reaping.
He said, when you sow seeds, some of the seeds will fall on the wayside and the birds are going to get that. That is the law, the birds are going to get some of the seeds and if you go chasing the birds, you will leave the fields; you will stray off your course.  I have been in this industry for just two months, and I’m expecting to have a bountiful harvest after little or no work done? Life can never work like that. Ever heard the phrase Rome wasn’t built in a day? That statement applies in Network Marketing. You cannot expect to build a strong empire in such a short while.
Some of the seeds will fall on rocky grounds, Jim described that as the hot burning weather, and that is going to get some of the seeds, next comes the thorns, which he describes as the cares of this life. That sounds familiar doesn’t it? There are a lot people always telling me “I don’t think this is for me or I don’t believe you, or I haven’t got any money (I’ve got a lot people always telling me that)”
Here is a secret for you, Jim says, “some won’t stay, so you’ve got to learn how to discipline your disappointments” Finally he says, the seeds will eventually fall on good ground, it always does if you keep sowing. So do not give up yet, keep keeping on
