I’ve heard so many students say these words, “I want to be successful in life”. So I have a thing or two to tell you. Success comes when you develop yourself beyond where you currently are. So you have to work harder on yourself, improving yourself than you’ll do on the jobs you get. I tell you, you will get the job in a company and the salary that goes with it, that you deserve because of the level of skill you have. So you can work as hard as you want, long hours and everything, but as long as you stay at the same skill level, you will never go beyond that level of pay and promotion. If you want to change the way you are paid then you have to change. You’ve got to be will to do the things today others wouldn’t do in order to have the things tomorrow others wouldn’t have, you’ve got to work on yourself, develop your yourself, develop your mind, you don’t get in life what you want, you get in life what you are. I know you can’t change your destination overnight but you can change your direction overnight. Someone might want to ask me how I expect them to change their direction, well, it simple. Surround yourself with the best, the best people, the winners, successful people who exhibit and live consistent to values and skills you want to acquire and develop because people in life have an amazing power to influence your destiny.
