
I made this really good fish sauce and my mom liked it. I know it was good because my ‘mom’ liked it and said so too. First of all, it actually depends on the amount of people eating or the servings you want to dish out. If you are interested, this is how I made it.
Procedures:
Get a frying pan and pour a certain amount of vegetable oil into it. Let it heat up and then you cut some onions into the oil. Don’t let it burn.
Then, grind some fresh tomatoes, four or five big round ones and pour the paste into the frying pan.
Put some ground crayfish into the mixture and stir while it’s still frying. It will have a black look, spice it up according to your taste. Spicy, salty, peppery whatever it is you like.
Cut some local fish into it. Stir for a few seconds, then serve.
You can eat it with your yam chips, french fries, white rice or even Chinese rice infact, just about anything.
