Ingredients
1 pound turkey cutlets cut in thin strips
2 cups chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon of minced oregano
2 teaspoons of olive oil
1 thin-crust Italian bread shell (12-inch diameter)
cup chopped tomatoes
12 Kalamata olives, pitted and silvered
1 package (6oz.) crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
Put the combined turkey strips, onion, parsley, lemon pepper, garlic and oregano in a large bowl. In a large non-stick skillet, over medium-high heat, pour the sauté mixture in oil for 5 to 7 minutes or until the turkey is lightly browned and no longer pink in the center. Then place the pizza shell on a 10 by 15 by 2-inch baking sheet. Top it with turkey mixture, tomatoes, olives and cheese. Bake at 450 degree Fahrenheit, for about 10 to 12 minutes, or until heated throughout and the cheese is slightly melted.
