Findings now show that you can burn excess fat faster through jogging every day. “People who jog more than 10 miles every week, have lower blood pressure, higher levels of good cholesterol and slimmer waist-line and narrower hips” says Dr. Paul Williams in Lancey Health Journal.
Dr Williams, a researcher at the University of California, Berkeley and lead Investigator of the U.S. Landmark National Runners Health study of more than 9,000 people, says, before you begin jogging, you should be able to walk 20 minutes comfortably everyday.
Walk for 5minutes to warm up before you intense workout. After 12weeks, you should be able to jog continuously for 45 minutes before you stop for recess.
For women, the breast needs special bounce protection against the ups and downs of jogging. Major athletic-wear stores carry sports bras for every size of breasts.
Jog everyday and consistently and in no less than 6 months, you would have lost all the extra fats in your body.
