A lot of people I know have told me that when they heard the words of Kirk Franklin’s My life is in your hands, it had a major effect on their live. I think I can even identify with that becasue the song is really comforting. It just tells you that no matter what problem or situation you are in God is always there for you, all you’ve gotta do is put your life in God’s hands. I was at the burial of my friend’s dad and the next day, during the church service, the choir sang the song and I saw my friend’s mom singing along with such faith that everything would be alright after losing her husband. It was like the song strenghtened her and it does that to me too; when I feel down, I think about the words of the song and it reassures me that:
