I don’t really know what’s going on but this strike issue is really beginning to annoy me. After the one week strike, the government was given a 21 day grace by the lecturers from the different Universities ;and after that there will be an indefinite period of strike. The strike will commence on the 11th of August.
Now, we are not sure if this will be a long strike just like the one we had last year or a really short one that will relieve all students and send us back to our boring school days and also favour the lecturers i.e. pay their salaries. I’m not sure how long we’ll be at home but we should try to make the best of it. Somehow, I don’t really want the strike to be long but the rumor is that it’s gonna be for six months. Six months? What am I gonna do at home for six months? Tell me… I may have an answer to that.
