In a statement released by the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), the union plans to hold an interdenominational service in memory of their departed colleagues, who died during the month of March 2006. This will take place at 2pm on April 11, 2006 at the Multi- purpose hall, University of Lagos. During the memorial service, there will be a launching of the Lecturer’s Support Foundation programme.
