Various actions have been taken to implement policies that can correct the situation. However, it has been insufficient in solving the needs of all parties involved. “My name is Ola, a 400 level student of the department of Business Administration. During the first semester break, I went to school to check my result. Looking at the notice board, I was confident that my results were going to be great. Everyone was certain that I was going to be one of the best in my class. As I scanned through the results, expecting to see good grades, I was surprised to find out that 5 of my results were missing and my CGPA came down to 2.33 from 4.48. Imagine the pain I felt, when I found out I hadn’t failed any of these courses but had fallen victim of the “missing result” problem.”
